Bakery identity / Soft retail world
A bakery system built around warmth without losing structure.
Crumb&Cloud is a fictional bakery studio identity for bread, pastries and quiet cafe rituals. The system needed to feel soft and handmade while still working across packaging, window signage, menu cards, poster campaigns and small merchandise.
The identity uses a compact serif wordmark, a C&C seal, flour-cloud illustration, toasted paper tones and apricot accents to turn morning bakery moments into a repeatable visual language.
Logo, seal and material system
The brand language starts with soft contrast and simple repeatable marks.
The wordmark carries the bakery name, while the seal, cloud motif and apricot brush mark create smaller details for stickers, bags, cup labels and product cards.
Packaging system
Every package keeps the morning ritual visible.
Paper bags, pastry boxes, cups, tape, cards and labels all share the same soft cloud edge and toasted material palette, so the brand holds together from counter pickup to takeout table.
Storefront, counter and menu
The identity still needs to work in a real bakery environment.
Large exterior signage, counter labels and menu boards make the brand feel complete before the customer reaches the pastry case.
Takeout ritual
The brand moment continues after the counter.
The bag, cup, pastry wrap and small seal are treated as one ritual set. This keeps the bakery memorable in everyday use, not only inside the store.
Poster and product campaign
Product posters give each baked item its own morning cue.
Sourdough, cream bun and croissant sandwich each get a simple poster treatment with the same soft edge, food photography and warm copy rhythm.
Merchandise and uniform system
Small brand details make the bakery feel lived-in.
Tote bags, caps, pins, cups and staff cards extend the system without adding a second visual voice.
