YL Studio is a Melbourne-based independent design studio. You work directly with the designer, the selected AUD total is locked by the server, and additional scope needs written approval.
Direct studio contact
Your Brief, source-material check and delivery conversation stay with YL Studio. Questions can be sent to luoyingshuo@gmail.com before or after checkout.
Server-locked AUD total
PayPal handles the payment screen. YL Studio checks the package, AUD amount and order reference on the server before the project is marked paid.
Confirmed delivery clock
Payment reserves the package. The stated timeline begins after the Brief and usable source material are complete, then YL Studio confirms the start date by email.
Portfolio-backed standard
The Work index shows the expected level of art direction and application detail. Every package is built for the agreed Brief rather than supplied as a recycled template.
Package terms and additional scope
The package covers the deliverables, revisions, source files and usage shown above. New concepts, unlisted formats, extra versions and additional revision rounds are quoted separately and only begin after written approval.
Third-party costs such as fonts, stock media, printing, hosting and production are not included unless the package explicitly says otherwise.
Cancellation and refund handling
If YL Studio cannot accept the selected scope, the package payment is refunded. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact the studio immediately for review. After work begins, completed work and committed studio time may be deducted from any refund.
These project terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Brief privacy and payment data
Brief details are used to assess, administer and deliver the requested project. PayPal processes payment details, and YL Studio does not receive or store full card information.
Checkout is charged in AUD and PayPal provides the payment receipt. If your organisation needs a business invoice, purchase-order reference or specific tax details, email YL Studio before payment.
The displayed package total covers the listed design scope. Third-party licences, production and approved additional scope are billed separately only after written approval.
